3 Girls Petite Syrah
Winemaker’s Notes:
This Lodi Pinot Noir offers soft floral aromas with a hint of cedar truffles and fresh-turned earth. This Pinot is suited for both delicate poultry and seafood as well as flavorful, hearty meat dishes.
HB Picpoul de Pinet
Pale yellow color with green tints. Fresh and fine aromas of grapefruit and exotic fruit. Lime flavors, with typical focusing acidity, are hallmarks of Picpoul. Our best value, this wine impresses novices and hardened geeks equally.
Known as “the Muscadet of the South” in France, this is to the Mediterranean coast of France what Albariño is to northwest Spain…the default wine for fresh shellfish & seafood.
La Posta Tinto
Aromas of red cherries and raspberries are infused with mocha and spice. Your first sip washes broadly across the palate like a flood of sweet, fresh fruit and the viscous mouthfeel keeps the flavors lingering. The hints of baking spice and some oak keep the fruit flavors fresh and lively.
Unique pairing ideas include ricotta salata and roasted pepper frittata, pomegranate-glazed short ribs, or roast chicken with wild rice and cranberry stuffing.
Stillman St. Chardonnay
This wine is filled with aromas and flavors of Anjou pear, green apple, ripe grapefruit and peach blossom, all supported by lively acid.
This wine is crisp and vibrant, and will pair well with chicken, fish or light pastas.
Kermit Lynch Domaine Fontsainte Corbieres
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday . . . Corbières rouge from Domaine de Fontsainte is my choice for a consistent, daily, value wine. This versatile red pairs well with a gourmet food truck burger, Café Rouge roast chicken, or a homemade ratatouille dish-delicioso! The magic of this Carignan-based rouge is that it brings pure pleasure to your dining table, making it easy to gulp down, without heavy pondering. With purple-robed dark fruit, hints of earthiness, and a bouquet that pulls you into the glass

Mercer’s Wine Ice Cream
If you haven’t tried the wine ice cream yet, you are missing out. This is the “coolest” item we’ve ever had!
8 flavors: Peach White Zin, Cherry Merlot, Strawberry Sparkling, Chocolate Cabernet, Port, Red Raspberry Chardonnay, Riesling, and Spice.
